Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Blobe AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of Blobe AI after an update means you accept the new terms.
2. Your account
To use Blobe AI, you need to create an account. You're responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure and not sharing your account
- Everything that happens under your account
- Providing accurate information when signing up
- Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blobe AI.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Blobe AI only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Generate spam, malware, or harmful content
- Attempt to manipulate or jailbreak the AI in harmful ways
- Impersonate other people or organizations
- Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform without permission
- Resell or redistribute access to the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Blobe AI offers both free and paid plans:
- Free plan — 30 messages/day, 3 mentors, 2 mentor edits per month
- Premium Monthly — $9/month, unlimited everything
- Premium Yearly — $98/year, unlimited everything
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions are recurring — they auto-renew each period until you cancel. To cancel, go to your Profile page and click "Cancel subscription." Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: If a refund is approved and processed, Premium access is revoked immediately upon the refund being issued. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion. Contact blobeaimain@gmail.com for refund requests.
5. Your content
You own the content you create — your mentor configurations, your goals, your conversations. You grant Blobe AI a limited license to store and process that content in order to provide the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use your conversations to train AI models.
6. AI-generated content
Your AI mentors are powered by large language models. You should be aware that:
- AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
- Blobe AI mentors are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological)
- You're responsible for how you use and act on AI-generated guidance
We work to make our AI helpful and safe, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every response.
7. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete My Account. We will delete all your data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or where required by law. We'll try to give you notice when possible, but reserve the right to act immediately in serious cases.
8. Limitation of liability
Blobe AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to the service
We're constantly improving Blobe AI. We may change features, pricing, or these terms. When we make material changes, we'll notify you. If you continue using the service, you accept the changes.
